Al Bayan is a popular Arabic language newspaper in the United Arab Emirates. It was established in 1980 by the government of Dubai. Until 2003 it was part of Dubai Media Department. Since 2009, The newspaper part of Dubai Media Incorporated which is one of the biggest media incorporation in the world at the recent time.
